Call out to anyone who is interested in working with me on Distant Realms: The Prince, The Princess and the Ogre. PPO is a sierra AGI style 320x240 adventure game utilizing the SFCI1 engine (32-bit color). I will be doing the programming, script and most of the static background work. Here is the criteria:
- Must be able to work via internet
- Must be able to draw characters in the style of QFG (shadows of darkness looking art and animations a big plus)
- Must be able to show a folio of stuff (samples)
- Must be willing to assign copyright to Tom Kat Games
- Must have a paypal account
What you get:
- For every:
- Character with full walking animations up/down/left/right
- $50US
- For every:
- Character action animation pickup, drop dead, talk etc
- $10US
- For every:
- Small game type animations fire, waterfall, rabbit/bird etc.
- $10US
- For every:
- Composite art on static background house, broken cart, skeleton
- $20US
- Full credit in the game as the character animator and artist
- Your work on Win32, Linux, MacOSX (potentially PalmOS and GP32)
- 30% profit of any royalties made through sales on Lindows retail, budget title/educational sales or palm arcade.
