This is my thousandth post. It's not that special, but I happened to notice my post count after I'd posted my previous post. (Clarifying my confused post on the recent SLUDGE bug.)

I see I'm pushing 3000.  That's mainly from taking care of the news for a while, though.

And I committed revision 500 of SLUDGE to the SVN repository today, too. Smiley (Not my 500th, but 500 in total.)

I wonder if I can find more even numbers somewhere? 27933 plays on Last.fm - that's not going even for a while. I'll be 33 years old in November, which is sort of even, but it's a couple of weeks away… I'm 12034 days old today, if the calculator I found is correct. 34 friends on FaceBook. 1820 songs in iTunes, 537 CDs on my shelf. Nope, I can't find any more even numbers.

Most of my numbers would be even from your stats:
facebooks friends 0
Last.fm plays 0
iTunes songs 0
Music CD's 0

I know that's kind of weird about music, but I just don't get into it much anymore.  I still like it for a background on adventure games, though.  I have a one track mind so I can't relax and listen when I'm doing something else like most people can.  I think what did it was having piped in music at my last job.  It drove me nearly insane after while.  Now it's bliss not having to listen to music.  I just got a quieter fan for my computer but I wish I could get one passively cooled because I find that distracting.

i left and came back so I have no idea what my post count should be:
Facebook 36 most family and close friends
Music CD's 200+ assorted CD's  now on the PC as our stereo system went bang, we now have a surround system hooked up and it sounds amazing, the best and cheapest system I've ever had
No handheld devices

Yeah, what's up with that? Did you have your old account deleted?

Facebook 36 most family and close friends
Yes, that's a good way to use it IMHO. I like FB, but I don't automatically approve friendship requests. (I have a whole bunch unanswered.)

I left on my own accord, it wasn't anything anyone had done or said (well I was pee'd off with the spam) I'd given up on games and wanted to focus on just 3D, I like closing doors but AD's didn't lock lol

FB also has some serious downsides, but so do mobile phones and text messages, communication is far to easy and stupid comments seem to start wars

Congratulations on passing the 1000 post mark Trumgottist!

I don't have zillions of friends on Facebook, but it is a useful way of staying in touch with a few people.  Still waiting to buy an iPad as I can't justify it just yet.  Never sent a text message on my technology challenged mobile phone.  Still like paper copies of books.

I have no interest in a pad, but I do have preordered an iPhone 4s.

My old phone died, so I'm stuck with my work phone until my new one arrives. I really miss having a keyboard. Texting is a chore on this simple (as cheap as possible) Nokia. (I've so far only ever owned two mobiles, and both of them had qwerty input. My first was a Treo 600, and the second was an iPhone 3G, which sadly only lasted me a little more than three years. I'll get a protective cover for my new one.)

Me too. And CDs for music. And acoustic instruments. (But it's fun to play around with electric ones too, so I'm glad they exist.)
