Today I finally had a bit of time to work on my own game, and while doing so I found a stupid bug in the 2.1 engine. I'd messed up things a bit, so that only the upper left corner of the window was saved when doing a freeze().

The fix is now in SVN and will be included in the next release. Let me know if/when you need it. (There is no schedule or planned release date for the next version, and as nobody but me has noticed the bug, I'm not considering the bugfix important enough to warrant a new release by itself.)

I decided to use 2.0.1 for the official Life Flashes By release instead of 2.1, so no huge rush here.

I haven't found anywhere where this bug would effect LFB - you don't seem to make use of the old backdrop after freezing? (But it does make the VC demo, and to some extent Frasse, look strange.)

I decided to use 2.0.1 for the official Life Flashes By release instead of 2.1, so no huge rush here.

Oh? May I ask why? Did you find anything else that's wrong in the new version, or did you simply suspect that I hadn't tested it enough before release this time? The Alt+Tab bug is nice to be rid of. (And the related tablet issue, but I suspect that the number of pen users is pretty low.)

I've found (and fixed) another freeze() related bug. This one only happens on Windows, where large scenes would shrink each time they're frozen.

Weirdly enough, that one's been in the engine since the first non-beta 2.0 without anyone noticing. I really need to do more thorough testing before each release to prevent this kind of thing from happening in the future.
