Hi,

I started working on the Documentation. Updated part of the "Programs" section and added nicely formatted Linux installation instructions (compared to the text files from before). I also created a new interface for accessing the Documentation without getting lost when it's not a compiled help file. This new interface also works directly from SVN, so here is the new always-up-to-date

SLUDGE Documentation online

What do you think about adding this link to opensludge.sourceforge.net Trum?

Regards, BigMc

Certainly. It's shaping up nicely.

Does anyone still have a copy of the documentation?

The link seems to be out of order Sad

It's also bundled with the development kit.

Ooops! I guess the program itself is the only place I had not been looking for it..

Thank you!

Just to clarify: the docs are accessed by clicking on the Help -> SLUDGE Dev Kit Help menu.

Only on Mac. On Windows it's in the start menu, on Linux open doc/SLUDGE_Help.html in the source folder. The online documentation should be up again soon, SourceForge is having some problems at the moment.

Hey guys,

On both the online documentation (I'm using firefox 5.0) and in the Windows offline help documentation, I can't access the page "Problems with +=, -=, *=, /= and %= in SLUDGE". I assume it doesn't like the symbols in the page name.

EDIT: Oh, there's a new firefox version? Well in 6.0.2 it doesn't work either, but to be honest I don't think it has anything to do with what browser I'm using.

Thanks for reporting the problem! You're right in that it's the symbols that's the trouble.

The online docs should be working now. (You may need to refresh your browser to see the changes.)

IMHO I think the addStatus() page should list the positionStatus() function under the 'See also:' section.

Doc: addStatus()
Doc: positionStatus()

It certainly should. Thanks for pointing it out. (It's fixed for the next release.)

I'd like the Functions (subs) page to list the spawnSub () function under the 'See also:' section if possible.

Doc: Functions (subs)
Doc: spawnSub ()
