Thought I'd post this.  Don't know how much it applies to adventure games, but this guy is always into some interesting programming projects and has some good Flash tutorials

Yeah, he's good for inspiration, if nothing else.  I may take a look at some of his tutorials.  One of them gave me an idea for a game already.
