Good day fellow creators

I'm back. Roanoke has been doing really well in the downloads department. We're up to 401 downloads. I'm very pleased with that. I would like to thank everyone once again for their support, encouragement and opinions, they were greatly appreicated

I just finished writing my 5th adventure game. It's a 3rd person set in the underworld. I got the idea for the story from a bunch of picture tubes that I downloaded. Very far in the future project

You play the part of Rook Lansdowne a career criminal killed in a shootout with police. Rook wakes up in the waiting room on his way to Hades. Rook is recruited to find The Lost Talisman Of RaJa which has disappeared from the altar of JaRa in the underworld. On the way he meets up with some Ghoulie characters who help him achieve his goal and find out who is responsible for The Lost Talisman Of Raja

Hey Starlite,

The story sounds interesting.

I feel bad I haven't been able to finish Roanoke yet and tell you my final thoughts, but I'm too busy to play lately. I'll probably finish it sometime in July.

Take care,

Igor

Hi Igor, don't worry too much about Roanoke, I've moved on to my next game now. I'm hoping I won't repeat some of the same old mistakes in this game that I did in Roanoke. I must have done something right, we have 419 downloads on FileFront and no one has said that the game made them want to vomit, so I guess that's a plus.

They're going to display the game over at The Game Hippo, which is pretty good.

How are things going with you. I didn't get a chance to replay your game either, sorry about that, but I seem to be on the go doing something these days. Well I'm off to make the rounds. Take care for now Smiley

I kinda dig this sort of setting - reminds me of a few games I played as a kid.

Cool to hear you found some things to improve on from Roanoke, I always find I learn things with each little project I work on, and it is a great feeling.

I hope you'll tell us some more about this at some point.

Hi Ben, good to see you back. I've decided to put my next game on hold till I do what I said I was going to do, LEARN, and learn I have. I've already found a way to cut down the workload on making rooms by about 3/4, which will help a lot, and cut down on a lot of aggravation.

Once I get the nasty boss lady's desk fixed up then I'm on to learn how to use Animate Lite in Daz Studios. I've been checking out a lot of tutorials on YouTube on how to make movies with Daz without having to break the bank so to speak.

I wish I could knock these games of one after another. I've got 4 more written and waiting in the background to be made. Well I'm off to make the rounds, I don't get by here much these days. Glad to see you again Smiley
