This game looks good. However, I don't think you should sell it. Another amateur commercial game, Adventures of Fatman, didn't do too well saleswise.

I have been doing some animation last week, so I thought I'd share this one with you.
Only six frames, and I basically had to draw three frames and do some smart copy-paste and mirroring tricks to finish the remaining frames.
(Ignore the bad .gif compression, which doesn't appear in the original in-game version)

Pretty nice. I like the ring bouncing in the nose. I'm glad it's you doing the animation and not me though. I like moving moving skeletons in 3d.

Nice character, I like the way he walks. I wish I could get my characters to walk that good.

Wow, Erwin, that new screenshot looks great. I'm envious. I wish I could do good pics like that. Keep up the good work.

Finished a vectorized animation of Brett, the main character, walking sideways. Took me about 8 hours to do this in Toon Boom Studio, which I used for the first time. I think I'm going to buy it when the trial period is over, because it's very intuitive to use.

Looks really professional Erwin. Vector art is new for you, isn't it? Will it work with your other characters or are you going to redo them? Do you use a graphics tablet?

Thanks! Yes, it's new for me, but it already suits me better. Instead of pushing pixels around, I now draw lines in hi-res using my tablet. And once I've drawn certain assets, I can reuse them and reposition them without any problems. Huge timesavers!

I've been cleaning my house, going through some old stuff and I came upon an old wacom pen partner. I can't remember buying it. It might have been something I got at a garage sale or something or maybe I bought it new and forgot about it. Anyway, I hooked it up, checked the internet for a driver and it works! It's about 4 X 5 inches drawing area. I've tried it on Gimp and the pressure thing seems to work. The next thing I want to see is if I can use it with Flash. I'm a little more into 3d, but I think it might be useful for some Flash games. Quite comfortable to use, really. I wonder why I didn't use it?
