This might be slightly off topic, but I think it's important to see what independent games are coming out.

Hmm.  I missed that.  Interesting that it looks pretty much like any other free game but includes voice acting and I'm sure it's well written.  I think they only review pay for games, though.  I think that voice acting is the main element needed for a commercial game in the adventure arena.  Of course, story and puzzles are more important than that, but people just sort of expect it if they're paying for an adventure game.  This means my post was on topic and everything.

The graphics are sub-par, but not because of the resolution. There are some games in that list that use the ''latest'' technology, but look unappealing to me never the less.

However, Dave Gilbert is an excellent writer, he has proved himself many times before. I'm looking forward to his next game, which features artwork by more capable artists. Great graphics combined with his excellent writing skills will prove to be a killer, I'm sure.

As for the voice acting, yeah, quite good. I read he's got some connections in the field. Smiley

You got high scores Trum, but they seemed to have difficulty with the puzzles like I did.

I achieved what victory I did (getting stuck just after the color maze) via clicking every single action with every single item on every single object in every scene. Classic.

Didn't we get into a discussion about this and everyone made it sound like I was the only one in the world that resorted to this?
